Ron Hawk - VP of Sales

Ron Hawk brings over 30 years of experience in sustainable product solutions to his role as Vice President of Sales at UltraCycle Technologies. With deep expertise in textile recycling, non-wovens, and circular fiber-to-long fiber yarn conversion, Ron has led high-impact circularity initiatives for major brands across multiple industries and global channels.

A trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, Ron has delivered clean energy downcycle solutions for hard goods, as well as innovative approaches to sustainable corporate gifting. His insight into both soft and hard goods enables clients to meet environmental goals without compromising quality or creativity.

Ron is a multiple-time President’s Club sales award winner and was named a 2025 Marquis Who’s Who Honored Listee. He’s recognized not only for his results-driven leadership, but for his commitment to transparent, responsive communication and strong client-supplier relationships.

Ron plays tennis, golf and pickleball on a regular basis at an advanced level, having been a former D1 college tennis player.  He exercises daily to maintain peak fitness and also enjoys the great outdoors for hiking, power walks, concerts and more.  He also enjoys cooking and entertaining for great friends.  A graduate of the University of Oregon, Ron remains connected to his alma mater through alumni volunteer work and has served as a Special Olympics tennis coach. Originally from Eugene, he now resides in Central Oregon.
